Our Rates are inclusive:

	Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
	Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
	Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old sharing bed with parent
	If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 15 nett/pax/day
Our Rates are simply to be advised Cancellation: During Low Season No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked. During High & Peak Season (1st July to 30 September and from 21December to 5th January) 1. Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 30 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

	No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
