Pool Access has 23 rooms Located at ground Floor and only with 2 step access to pool, deluxe has 29 rooms located at second floor with Pool view and Park area and Standard has 12 rooms Located at ground floor with Park area view.

Our Rates are inclusive:

1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 2 kids under 12 years old sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 25++/pax/day

Cancellation:

During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season (from 1st July to15th September and from 20th December to5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.

3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
