Sanur, is the
pioneering Tourism area in Bali. The first
International Hotel on the Island was built
here during the early 60's. It is the first
and only Hotel taller than the Coconut Tree
(latter building regulation forbid building
with heights taller than a coconut tree).
The Sanur Beach, stretching more than 5 Km
features white sand and calm blue water, a

you on the beach.

With total land coverage of 1,5 hectares,
constructions covers only 40% on the land
with the rest dedicated to garden & open air
facilities which should enables you to enjoy
our warm weather and cooling sea breezes.

Cancellation:
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged
on cancellation received by us 10
days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 10
days prior to arrival 1 (one) night
room charge plus applicable 21% for
government tax & service charges
will be applied and in event of no
show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of
total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (from
1st July to 30th September &
from21st December to 4th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount
equal to the entire value of the
booking will be applied for all
cancellation less than 30 days of
arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking
Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on
pre-payment system and therefore
your booking is automatically
confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account .
2. No refund will be made if you
decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
