The semi outdoor bathrooms offer soaking tubs, oversized steam shower stalls and an outdoor rainforest shower. A range of exclusive amenities, fluffy extra large towels and complimentary bottled water are also available. .

Cancellation:

During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 15 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season (From 1st July to 15th September and 23rd December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
